We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there’s any issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

1. Return or Exchange Period

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Email service@thecaselane.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return address.
  3. Send back the product after receiving authorization.
    ⚠️ Returns without prior confirmation cannot be processed.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method:
    • Credit/Debit Card: within 10 business days
    • PayPal: within 7 business days
  • Actual posting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account.
  2. Contact your card issuer or bank.
  3. If it still hasn’t arrived, email us at service@thecaselane.com.

4. Shipping & Return Cost

  • If the return is due to non-quality reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to quality issues, we will cover the return shipping after inspection.
  • No restocking fees are charged.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • A brief description

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, and reimburse shipping if applicable.


6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping for exchanges due to customer preference is at the buyer’s cost.
  • We’ll ship the replacement once we receive and inspect the original item.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned without authorization
  • Used or damaged items (not caused by quality issues)
  • Returns after 30 days
  • Missing packaging or accessories
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or final sale products

8. After-Sales

  • Only products purchased on thecaselane.com are eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Our team responds within 24 business hours. (Check your spam folder if you don’t see our reply.)

9. European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


10. Return Address

The return address will be provided via email after your return request is approved.
